The basic service:
1. For customer buy a new machine, we provide the operating instructions, and also on-site installation and test run.
2. We will explain and train the buyer’s technical man when they come to our factory to ensure the normal operation of the machine in the future.
We promise:
1. Guarantee period is 12 months for the machine, free onsite repair during this time (except the fault or damage caused by human factors or irresistible natural phenomenon).
2. After receiving the mechanical fault information, normally within seven working days will solve the problems.
3. The user can make after-sale service telephone calls about the technical problems to get a clear solution.
4. Performance failures occur in normal use, our company is committed to the above warranty service. In addition, the company will comply with the related laws and regulations of the countries.
